To further enhance the integrity and self-discipline awareness among Party members, leading cadres, and employees of the company, strictly enforce Party discipline and rules, persistently promote integrity and discipline, and advance the comprehensive and rigorous governance of the Party. On January 21, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Company”), a subsidiary of the Municipal Industry and Commerce Assets Company, convened its first 2025 Party Conduct, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption Work Conference and Warning Education Meeting. Over 20 attendees participated, including members of Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Company's leadership team, heads of departments and branches, and employees in key positions.

At the meeting, Wang Shiqiang, Discipline Inspection Committee Member of the Party General Branch of Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Company, led the study of the People's Daily articles “Implementing the Dual Responsibilities of Each Position” and “The Importance of Vigorously Rectifying the Work Style of Indolence, Laziness, Looseness, Superficiality, and Procrastination.” He reviewed and summarized the company's efforts in promoting integrity and clean governance in 2024. Wang Shiqiang emphasized that the key to advancing Party conduct and integrity lies in fulfilling primary responsibilities. Party organizations at all levels within the company must earnestly implement their primary responsibility for Party conduct and integrity, while Party member leaders must conscientiously fulfill their dual responsibilities—accountable both for their professional duties and for upholding Party conduct and integrity. In this new era and on this new journey, we must persist in governing the Party with a reform-minded spirit and strict standards, pursuing innovation and entrepreneurship while adhering to rules and discipline, striving to achieve greater results.

Wang Shiqiang comprehensively summarized the tangible results achieved in his areas of oversight during 2024, analyzed the causes of existing issues, proposed remedial measures, and clearly outlined key tasks: strengthening integrity education and learning, earnestly fulfilling the primary duty of supervision, deepening the rectification of the “four forms of misconduct,” effectively transforming work styles, and persistently advancing the integrated promotion of the “three-pronged approach to preventing corruption.”

Zhao Zhenghong, Party Branch Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Company, stressed that implementing the dual responsibilities requires strengthening ideological understanding and deeply integrating Party conduct and integrity building with the company's business operations. This integration must be achieved through simultaneous deployment, implementation, inspection, and assessment. Clear division of responsibilities and effective team building are essential to drive the high-quality development of all company undertakings through sound Party conduct and government ethics. Integrity building and anti-corruption efforts are vital safeguards for the company's healthy development, directly impacting its success or failure. All employees, especially leading cadres, must deeply recognize the long-term, complex, and arduous nature of the anti-corruption struggle, and earnestly enhance their sense of responsibility and mission in maintaining integrity in their work.

This meeting has further heightened all employees' awareness of integrity and self-discipline, clarifying the direction and priorities for Party conduct, integrity, and anti-corruption efforts. Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Company will seize this opportunity to strengthen organizational leadership, improve institutional frameworks, enhance oversight and discipline enforcement, and ensure all tasks are effectively implemented.
