On September 6, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. held a trial production ceremony for its Phase I butyl inner tube production line, part of a project with an annual capacity of 1.2 million inner tubes and 1.2 million cushion belts.

Located in Jiuchang Erguanda Industrial Park within Xiuwen County Industrial Zone, the Phase I project involves a total investment of 70.15 million yuan. It will establish an annual production capacity of 300,000 natural rubber inner tubes, 400,000 butyl inner tubes, and 500,000 cushion belts. and 500,000 cushion belts. Key facilities include production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, and supporting living and auxiliary infrastructure. With a planned construction period of 12 months, the project is projected to achieve an annual output value of 106.99 million yuan upon full operation. It will directly create 170 jobs while indirectly stimulating upstream and downstream industries such as agriculture, logistics, and other service sectors. Phase II will focus on producing high-value-added products like rubber tracks and air springs.

Launched early this year, the project received strong support from Xiuwen County Government and relevant functional departments including the County Development and Reform Bureau, Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Environmental Protection Bureau, and Economic Development Zone Management Committee. It also benefited from extensive guidance provided by Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Assets Management Co., Ltd. Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Co. expedited project construction, completing the installation and commissioning of all equipment and facilities for the butyl inner tube production line (Phase I) within eight months and achieving trial production.

As the project's construction entity, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. is part of the Guiyang Industrial Investment Company system. It was restructured and renamed from Guizhou Tire Factory, originally located in Jinguancun, Yunyan District. The company specializes in rubber and plastic product manufacturing, primarily supplying products to the listed company Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. In alignment with national industrial policy directives and Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd.'s development needs, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastic opted for off-site factory construction. Through resource integration, scientific planning, unified management, enhanced environmental protection, energy conservation, emission reduction, pollution control, and comprehensive resource utilization, the company promotes technological advancement and structural upgrading, thereby comprehensively strengthening its overall capabilities.
